I absolutely love this app! The interface is simple, clean and well designed. Its easy to understand and follow and it definitely helps me to stay focused and inspired. Ive downloaded a few of their other challenges.
Love this app. I was leery before getting it, but figured why not? Almost done with month 1, but plan to continue. Helps build strength and tone. Id recommend to family and friends to help you stay focused...
I like this app! Its simple to use and reminds you each day to do your squats. Instead of forgetting to do squats everyday, this is just like a booster for me! And it doesnt increase the amount everyday, it varies it a bit.
This app is easy to use and straight to the point. The ads do not pop up in the middle of your workout but right after you hit the "Save & Exit" button. It has a new challenge for you everyday with rest days in between. This helps you build the definition you are looking for from beginner to advanced. Once you finish 1 day you can skip along to the next day. I however am following the regimen and cant wait to see my results after the 1st 30 days! Great app!
Starting with the promise of "this too shall past" this app launches you on a deceptively easy, but surprisingly effective path. Im writing this on my "REST DAY" and wow, it feels like I just won some kinda prize. Give it a try. I think youll be surprised how far such a simple app can take you.
I love the squat workouts. The various types of exercises helps to keep the routines interesting and challenging. I would recommend this app to everyone.

Some bad moments

The app doesnt open. It crashes as soon as you click on the icon. And my iPad meets the requirements stated.
App doesnt save your progress for more than a few hours. Every day I go to do the next challenge of the day and I have to restart. This problem needs to be fixed for it to deserve stars.
I just updated the app and the app keeps crashing. I was on day 8 and I was loving this app. I wish I never had updated it.
Now it crashes every time I try to access the workouts. Please fix.
After I updated it doesnt work any more. It creates every time. Wtf.
DO NOT UPDATE IT! I was on 22nd day and I just cant go on. whenever I try to open the "beginner level 1", the app crashes. furthermore, excessive ADs that were NOT in the previous version. it was a great app.
