So they finally updated!! And you can restart the month without deleting and reinstalling, which is the only reason i knew that because i wanted to start fresh. Ive barely worked out so that 30 squats on the first day almost killed me. Im on day 3 and let me tell ya... My legs feel the burn! I love how the reps go up and down and that there are rest days. I dont really have anything bad to say about the app as of now. It does what i expect it to do which was work my lil butt out!
