Love it!

Since I cant afford the gym; and lack motivation at home.. This app gives that push I need to get in shape. It gives me a goal to achieve, as well as the right work out for my level. After the first 7 days Im seeing a bit of plumpness on my bum.. ;) cant wait to see it after 30 days.

Been doing this for 17 days. Works great with swing shift workers to get in that challenge each day!

Ok first I was real hesitant, but then remembering I do not have all the time in the world to go to gym 5 days a week like before I decided lets do something on my time and something my 2 year old boy would think is fun also! Im adoring the results! Not even a full month and I feel he firm and cut from what looked like my bottom half melted into my leg. Husband sees the results but I want more! Thanks! Highly Recommended for those with limited time and wanting not some type of motivation. Better to start somewhere than nowhere

If youre debating on getting this or not, just do it! I am normally very unmotivated when it comes to working out, but I havent missed a day of the squat challenge just because I trust the results! Loving this app.

I was 3 days into my challenge and the app reset itself back to day 1.... Why?????

Too hard for me

I am on beginner level one and I can not get past day 4! I am not fat, I can run a 5k and am not over-weight. This is too hard for me. Can I get a beginner level 0.5?!?
