I love this app!

This app helped me to get in better shape over the course of a relatively short period of time. My waist was the first place I noticed results. I would recommend to anyone who wants to tone their curves or work on creating more defined curves.

Gotta try this app

After just 1 day of doing squats on level 1 I was sore the following day. I see results!! And its only been 2 weeks. I have Cushings syndrome so its hard for me to lose my weight. But Im getting there little by little! For those trying it for the first time... Good luck!

So far so good

Ive only been using it two days, but so far I like it. Im already sore - which is a good thing. However, I wish it would let me continue to play my music while running the app. I like to work out to my Spotify playlists, but whenever I switch over to this app it takes over and shuts off my music even though the app has no audio cues. Please fix that. Also, it doesnt say how much it costs to remove the ads.

Im hooked!

I dont usually rate apps or follow through with exercises like this, but Im on day 22 and I notice a difference! Ok I admit Ive missed a few days here and there but when I catch up to a rest day I skip it and move on! The app reminds me to get squatting and isnt too pushy. Well see if Im at it a few months from now! Looking up to see what other apps they offer now!

Keeps you going

This app is great for those who want to get into better shape but dont really have the time or energy because it paces you and allows rest days. I absolutely love it so far and Ive only just begun. Me and my friends are doing it together which is a good idea for anyone who needs a little extra push every now and then (myself included). Overall I give this a big thumbs up.

Works great .. The fact that you cant see the next days challenge helps you to stay motivated to finish current day ! I love it recommend it 100%

App wont download

I had the app. The App Store said the app had to update. "Could not update that this time" restarted my phone, deleted other apps. App would still not download. Deleted app and now app will not redownload.

Help

I downloaded this app hoping it would help me . But not only does it not work it wont allow me to delete it either. Its just frozen

Do follow the exercises, it helps. It has helped me in weight loss and muscle toning. They have organized the exercise pattern so well. The Rest day helps :) Thank you

TOO MANY ADS. I like the app, it tells you how to do different squats and helps you track your squats but the ads are the biggest reason that this app got two stars. They are beyond annoying. I deleted the app to find a different one.

Wonderful

This app is fantastic! Great tough workouts. Its only been a week and Ive seen great progress already on my body. For that Ive downloaded all of there workout apps, And are currently doing them all every day at home in the morning. I love it! What a great positive way to start my mornings.

Really works

I dled the app with a friend. We both completed beginner level 1. It was not easy but by the end I was so proud I had actually finished a 30 day challenge. So I started beginner level 2 and Im disappointed that the amount just keeps going up every day. Level 1 would go up and down so it seemed like a surprise each day. Level 2 I know the next day is gone be more than the last. And its hard for me. I definitely prefer to the way level 1 is set up. I am determined to finish level 2 and move on to intermediate. Im just not in love with the app as much as I was during level 1.

Great App

So they finally updated!! And you can restart the month without deleting and reinstalling, which is the only reason i knew that because i wanted to start fresh. Ive barely worked out so that 30 squats on the first day almost killed me. Im on day 3 and let me tell ya... My legs feel the burn! I love how the reps go up and down and that there are rest days. I dont really have anything bad to say about the app as of now. It does what i expect it to do which was work my lil butt out!

I love this app so much! Its helpful that the squat number doesnt just increase everyday, the difference in numbers helps to keep me motivated! Love this
